Words from Gaia

These words came through in my meditation space last night before i slept and i'm just enjoying sharing so much that i thought i'd carry on! :0)

i wish to say that these words are my interpretation of the energy exchange between myself and Gaia. 

i began by writing, I wish to invite Gaia to speak through me now in this moment. To move through my pen.

I wish not to come through the pen of just one, but to flow through the hearts of all. We are all on this journey together. We are one expression of the Earth journey. We are all connected here together through the one breath. Through the interconnectedness of the web of life. I wish for all beings to enter back into this space with me, and it shall be so, as i am a master creator , holding the highest of visions. I speak through the heart centre, our collective passions and desires looking to merge as one. Each takes their place as an equally important part of the whole. Such Divine beings we are. Collectively awakening together, dancing and breathing together

I'm now asking in this moment if there is anything alse to add, and i hear Yes!

allow these words to flow from your heart Layla, allow the love within to move through and to touch all aspects in your life, this message is for each and every soul. i love you all and i know you each intimately, i am with you in each and every moment, there is no way that this can not be so, we are one, we are made of the same matter, of the same divine spark, we co-created your bodies together. know that you are never alone, that we are forever connected, in the physical and non physical, i am your mother and you sister, we are equals on this journey, if you hold me as a higher being in some way then i wish for you to look upon your self with the same eyes. can you see your own beauty, can you see what i see when i look upon you. i love you unconditionally. so i ask you to remember in those moments of loneliness i am with you and i shall always be with you and that i love you. my beloveds...................

hehe.........that was fun! This message so often comes through when i work one to one with people, such a beautiful message. we are each individually known and loved...............

Letting go - embracing the newborn baby within

These words are the transcript taken from my meditation today. my intention when i entered my inner space was to flow wisdom about letting go. this is what came through.

13.1.13 Letting go - Embracing the newborn baby within

Letting go. Coming back to the innocence of a baby, coming right back to the beginning, new cycles, new beginnings, new openings, new pathways, new modes of existence.

To come back to the innocence of a child, to come back beyond that, to be reborn in the innocence of a baby. A tender baby.

Have you had the experience of holding a newborn baby? Seeing new life being born, its one of the most moving, expansive experiences, emotionally touching. Soft and gentle is a newborn baby.

What else do I need to see about the newborn baby?

See that it is you; you are that newborn baby. You are that energy of innocence. You began your life this way, and so therefore you hold that blueprint within you, you are always a new born baby in each moment, but you have forgotten this place, you have focused on the outer pursuits of the human existence led by the mind, when you are invited back to the body and back to the beginning, the ability to start a fresh, to let go, and to move into something new, you again have the ability to take on the innocence of the baby. Welcome your baby self, there is much talk about the child within, it is now time to embrace the baby within.

As in yoga you ground to elevate yourself, we invite you to come back to the beginning, to the state of a baby, to the innocence, the flexibility, the wonder at new experiences, the ability to laugh deeply within one moment and then the next maybe be straight faced.  Flowing with the energy that is moving through your body in each moment. We invite you to return to the innocence of a baby.  You are that innocence; you have always been that innocence. When you truly let go of all perceived ideas that you have ever had about anything, you return to the innocence of a baby. Babies are born and bought into existence through Divine love, the human experience may have a different story to tell, but the original conception of a baby, the light conception of a baby is in pure love, pure innocence. This is the energy you are now birthing into the new earth, Gaia has given birth, and you are her babies

Can you nurture yourself as a baby, can you be as gentle towards yourself as you would a newborn baby. Can you hold yourself in all the different expressions that you find yourself experiencing? Can you have that unconditional love for yourself and others?  We invite this love at this time. We invite you to hold yourself as a newborn, to caress your soft skin as a new born, to look upon yourself with eyes of wonder as a newborn. A new cycle has begun and you are the beginning of that new cycle, you are the experience of that new cycle. With out your presence there would be no experience of this new cycle. Enjoy the beginnings, enjoy your new bodies, and enjoy your new breath. Each moment created new, each particle created new.  Be the unconditional love of the new born.

Trust

Last year i began to voice record my meditation, i would speak out everything i was experiencing, after a while i found that i would connect to streams of wisdom. This piece came from as aspect of myself that refered to itself as my angel selves, i experiened myself as the physical manifestation of this group at that time. 

Ultimately this was a message i needed to hear for myself and every time i read it it reignites this knowing. i feel to share it with you here..................so much love to you 

Trust words from the Angels 

The Angels are inviting trust at this time.  Deep deep trust.  Higher trust, wider trust, trust that touches every aspect of existence. Trust that you are safe, trust that you are loved, trust that you are known, that you are not alone…………..The angels are encouraging me to speak more about trust.  I invite them to share their perspective about what it is that humans need to understand when it comes to trust.

Trust is a frequency; trust is a dimension that you may choose to step into. Trust is a new way of being, trust is the enjoyment of life, trust is the belief in the goodness of everything, trust is the belief that all is as it should be, trust is the belief in the unfoldment of life, trust is the love in your heart.

Trust is the confidence within your being, trust is the acceptance of the moment, full acceptance of every aspect that you witness, trust is letting go of friction, allowing life to flow. Trust is not holding on to what was. Trust is in the belief that all is given, trust is in receiving, trust is your birthright, trust is the beauty of your being. Trust is the place that emanates light from your heart as you walk in safety, as you walk in knowing, as you walk in the belief of your being. You are trust. You had such trust when you decided to enter Earth, you were born in trust, you knew you were safe, you knew you were loved, you chose this life through trust.

You are a brilliant bright being of trust, allow your trust to guide you, allow your trust to take you forward in each direction that feel appropriate, that feel full of light and joy, allow your trust to emanate from your being, from you core, and receive that trust that is emanated back to you through nature, through the trees, the birds, the food, the colours, all reminding you of the trust that you entered earth through.  You could not be here if it was not for the depth of trust that you have, if it was not for the energy of trust.

Trust rides next to unconditional love. Trust is a portal to freedom, to personal expression, to confidence, to knowing, to allowing, to playing, to shining, to being the fullness of who it is that you came here to be, trust in your being, trust in your light, trust you are not alone. Trust in our voice, trust in your own voice, trust in what you believe, what feels right to you, to your hearts song, to your hearts desire. Trust that life will meet you, as you meet it. Trust is your beauty….we thank you.
