It has been some time since i shared here
so much shifting and changing
letting go and unraveling
coming into a deeper relationship with myself
dropping into a coherent field of love
today i read over some pieces that came through a few years ago about the Elementals and the structure of our physical reality.
i'm going to share it now, a little unedited
it just feels like the right time to put it out.
i thought i was going to write a book and maybe i shall
but for now it is a few simple paragraphs written back in 2012
The beginning of me expressing my understanding of the Elementals
I
believe that there are other truths about these energies, but this is what I am
shown or what I am able to perceive and so I share this from that perspective,
these words only outline what I am able to perceive at this time. As we explore
these energies and allow again the relationship connect again more shall be
known.
Could
you say something more about what the elemental energies are. Are we talking
earth stuff here, or and fairies - how are they the same or different?
Ok
lets explain what these elemental energies are.
They
are the overseeing energies of everything that exists in the material realm, in
nature.
Part
of what I see them doing is transforming energy into material, I’m feeling
that’s not quite right and that in actual fact everything is in energy form
still but it is our perception that creates sold matter.
So
what is it that they do?
They
arrange the particles of energy into the best shape and form that they possibly
can. They create lines of structure such as geometries. They respond to thought
forms and vibrations, codes and light.
LETS
LOOK AT WHAT THEY DO WITHIN THE BODY
We
have to begin at the smallest molecule or particle to build up a picture of how
this works.
Each
and every particle has an over-lighting being attached to it. A piece of consciousness,
you could perceive this as an angel or a fairy or an elemental energy, also the
words lovelight particle comes to me.
And
then there are groups of particles that joined together to create a new
structure or form. This new structure will have its own over-lighting energy
being.
Is this being made up of all of the original beings to create a
new being of light or is it separate and a being in its own right?
It
is both, when we are working at these levels all the rules are different to how
you may imagine things to work.
I’m
seeing messages and thought patterns coming from various sources. There are
always many factors when it comes to the creation of the physical body or any
physical body/matter. So thought
pattern and vibrations such as emotion are one source, other sources when we
are talking about the physical body are things such as ancestral patterning,
where a belief is past down through a family. There are also other fractions
such as the kind of being that you are, or any choices made pre-birth as to the
kind of life you wanted to lead, the way the body works and looks can have a
big impact on our lives.
These
beings receive this information in the form of light and light codes, which
they then use to create geometries that give off a vibration that the body (actually this is probably our conciousness our awareness that perceives matter in this way) then
perceives as solid matter.
Thought
forms are made of vibration and light.
When
healing occurs within a being, then what is happening here is a changing of
frequency and geometric patterns, a belief pattern has shifted or an old block to the natural flow of energy
has dissolved. The beings then rearrange themselves to create the most harmonic
pattern they can with the information available to them.
Elemental connections
I write these words so that I know, so that
I remember, so that I trust and gain my self-confidence.
Have you ever experienced a realm other
than the one you can see touch taste and smell? Have you ever felt that there
is magic just beneath the surface. That you could just step through into
another reality where all the colours are more vibrant, where the scent of
nature fills your entire body, where magical being of the most beautiful essence
fill the air, weaving together the most wondrous experiences you could never
imagine. Love is unconditional here, so much so that these words do not even
exist. Life is a constant unfolding moment of joy. All is in harmony with
itself and its surroundings, here is the place that I know………….this place
exists…………this is the place that underpins our world. Our world of density, our
world of illusion and pain, of smog and hurt and sadness. This only exists due
to the fact that we have become disconnected to the truth that underpins our
reality. We feel lost in pain that we can no longer remember how to return to
this space of innocence.
As a child this place was known to me, I
felt it in every part of my being, I knew it, I remembered it, I saw it in the
face of every flower that I looked upon, every tree that I sat in. they
whispered to me, spoke gently to me of friendship and love. The clouds that
past me by on a summer’s day waved to me and showed me pictures of animals, to
entertain me and bring me joy. I
did not question this world, I felt the beings that lived in this world, I
believed them to be of my imaginings, but all the same they still felt real. I
was so deeply connected to this realm of nature that I never questioned it,
never knew that other people were not aware of it, and so in a way I didn’t
know I was aware of it, it simply was. A magical world of nature, where all was
possible, where all was important, there was not even a single blade of grass
that did not receive the same amount of love as any other creature or plant in
this realm, all was born of love and all knew it too. So there was no need for
fighting, no need to feel lost or unsafe, for all knew the truth of who they
were.
This realm is not a separate realm to our
own perceived reality. It is weaved into the very structure of all that we
know. It is the blueprint, the
foundation of our world.
Every plant, flower, tree, cloud, rock,
body of water, every insect, bird and animal, every human, man, women and
child, every part of life is weaved together, is of the same life force.
There are many layers that create the
reality that we now find ourselves in. I see layers of light structures born
out of sacred geometry, woven together by the elemental beings that hold the
entire physical plane together. The underlying essence of each aspect, each
flower or tree or plant. Each planet, each person, each molecule is governed by
its own elemental being.
In this moment if I close my eyes in
meditation I am aware of an elemental. Her body feels strong like the stem of a
flower, she radiates love, warmth, compassion, she is green, her third eye is
wide open, and we gaze into each other’s realities.
I lost her there for a moment and thought
she had gone, but after a moment I begin to feel her again, and she tells me
that I give up too quickly and to have more patients (said with much love and
no criticism)
We are to work together. She is the over lighting
elemental for the work that I am undertaking at this time. I hope that this is
some kind of book, she says it is bigger than that and too not be attached to
what I think might be happening here, but to let it unfold. All to often humans
like to work out exactly how thing are going to be and in doing so they miss so
much richness that is available to them, they miss the real heart of what it is
that they are seeking to achieve. So let go a bit and allow the unfolding, like
petals of a flower, they unfold on the breeze.
We, the underlying principle of your
current reality would like to share our message with you. At this time of human
evolution we know that there are many souls now that are now open to our
message and able to understand and undertake what needs to be done. In fact
this process is already well underway, but we would like our message to come
through as many people as possible in order that we reach as many people as
possible. We wish to flow our love out to as many spaces in your reality as
possible, like sprinkling magical fairy dust and transforming all that it
touches.
Let me tell you a little bit of who I am, I
am many different things to many different people, I show up in many different guises,
I am an over seer of this realm, I am part
of a collective of elemental beings, I ride on the feminine energy, I am green
like the heart. I am here as part of the team that is weaving back together the
fragmentation that has happened on this planet. The disconnection to nature, to
your own true nature, to nature itself.
To others I am an aspect of the divine feminine, to others I am an
elemental energy, I am a part of you, we are all weaved together through this
matter. I truly wish for you to know that we are not separate and that if you
are reading thesewords, on some level you already know who I
am for you. I wish to convey to you the depth of love that all of life and
nature and Gaia has for you. For you are known through out all of time and
space, you are a divine being. I
invite you to feel these words, to move beyond the sounds of the letters and to
feel the love that now is becoming visible to your senses, this love is eternal
and has always been present with you. You were born in love and in love you shall always
remain. I invite you now to take a
moment to gently shut your eyes, become aware of your breath and find the still
point within. And invite our
connection. I invite you to make
this connection each time you pick up these words to read. Thank you.
A five-minute meditation
I wish to take you on a journey into the
core of your being.
Allow your body to be in a comfortable
position, ideally with you back straight to allow your breath to flow freely.
Before closing your eyes, I invite you to
soften your gaze, soften your body, to drop down into your self, in any way
that most suits you. Gently become aware of the air around you, of the smells
the sounds, your environment.
Spend a few natural breaths coming to peace with your surroundings. Allowing any feelings you are experiencing
to be present. Bringing your hands
to your heart centre become aware of your own touch. Breathe into your hands and receive your self, allowing your
breath to be as it is. Gently close
your eyes and continue to breathe
into yourself. If at any point you
feel you need to place a hand somewhere else, please do; allow your own inner
guidance.
Now imagine that I am here, standing in
front of you in which ever way you perceive me, there is no wrong or right,
only what is. I am smiling at you
I am smiling at you and my heart centre is wide open, emanating the most
perfect green healing light. Allow your hands to move away from your heart
centre…………….please receive me.
Receive this light and know that this is
the truth of you, that you are always bathed in internal/eternal love.
Bringing your awareness back to your body,
wriggle your fingers and toes open your eyes and take a few deep breathes
allowing both realities to exist at the same time.

What a completely powerful day. There is so
much wisdom pouring forth about the nature of unconditional love.
I wish to tap into that wisdom now and for
it to flow through me that place of connecting to the universal place of
wisdom. I feel her arrive like a being flying down into my awareness and
landing next me.
Welcome…….my dear loved ones. We are going
to journey together now to understand that nature of the reality that is now
taking place within so many. It is not so much that it is taking place within
you individually as much as you are becoming aware of the true nature of things
as they really are. For in this place all is as it is, all is a force of love
working in harmony with its self and that, which is around its self, these two
aspects being the same yet different. This may not make sense to your practical
minds, but all is possible, two seemingly different realities can exist within
the same moment. They are the opposite ends of the same energy, and so only
seemingly different. We say that all is born in love and all shall remain in love.
We invite you to open to the possibility of weaving back into the matrix of
love. You have seen the film the matrix; well in a way this idea of the matrix
is correct, a code and game that connects everything together. We invite you to
see that this matrix that underpins your reality is a matrix of love, and we
invite you to allow yourselves to come and play here.
Speaking to you through your reality is the
language of nature. Nature is the expression of love. Love had to express
itself in a physical form and so nature was created. Nature is so much more
than the plants that you see, the birds you hear sing, it is a language, the
language of love, and we invite you to come and play in this language of love.
The fields of love await you. They call to you; they sing to you, they whisper
to you on the wind, they speak to you through flavour, through smell, through
colour and sound. Open your senses dear ones, open your bodies wide to receive
that which wishes to communicate love to you. The sweetness of an apple, the
song of a bird, the colour and texture of a flower, all these aspects of love
wish to remind you of who you are and how you were born, you were born in love
and in love you shall remain.
Are you Avalin, I am an elemental deva. Yes
layla I am as big as you perceive me to be, I hear your thoughts, which are
saying, but you are so big, you govern so much, why would you be coming to me,
little old me! And we say to you that you are open you are ready to receive us;
you are an aspect of us. Allow the vastness of how you perceive us/me to permeate
your reality. We/I are/am with you.
Let me show you who I am. I am the green of
the land, I am a weaver, a creatress, I am divine feminine creating the fabric
of life. I am healer, I am love……I am also the fairy queen. These words have
not been comfortable to you and so we are not coming to you in that outfit.
I flow through all of this land (here I am
seeing the southern area of England, when the fairy queen came to me before
(she was a larger light structure) she ran through all land, all of the earth,
this being seems to be very English)
We would like to share that as you grasp
the context of who we are you will see that we also run through you too, and so
from a certain perspective we are part of the same energy, we are individual
yet connected. If we were not we would not be.
Elemental beings hold together the physical
reality that you currently find your selves in, with out our life force and the
work that we do your reality would cease to be. We are individual consciousness
and we are collective consciousness, we are one and the same.
We are the overseeing light of the
underlying principle!
Your physical bodies are made of the same
elements that make up the beloved earth and so you journey with these
elementals, we take care of your bodies, your form, without these elementals
you would remain formless.
There are teams of being that work together
in harmony (as long as all aspects of your energy field are working in
harmony), when you come out of harmony, these aspects will also work
differently, they respond to your energy. You can learn to have direct
communication with them and so all apparent wrongs can be put right.
Yes layla we are speaking directly to your
awareness in this moment. We would like you to know that you are able to change
your physical body to create that which you wish to be housed in. in order to
do this we invite you to come and meet us on a much deeper level than you have
previously been too. This we will do through mediation, that will need for you
to learn to open and to trust the process, we invite you to learn to trust
yourself on a level that you have not be aware of before this time. Trust is
something that you have only partly understood.

It feels early for a Saturday morning, but
never the less I am awake, tired, but awake and raring to write! I am so loving
this connection to the elemental realm. This pass week has been a deep
reconnection to something I feel I know so well, yet don’t remember fully. The
paradoxes at the moment are laughable!
I have experienced deep pain in the
remembrance of this realm that exists within unconditional love. The pain is
not of this place but of the apparent inability to live within this realm, but
as I open my awareness and begin to believe in this place the more it opens to
me and reveals the truth of itself. As I write these words form the comfort of
my bed, the sun brightens and the cool morning breeze caresses my skin. Oh the
joys of nature can be felt where ever you are, whether you are in the heart of
the countryside or the top of a high rise building, if you have a window, open
it and allow the truth of the air to touch you, to touch your skin, to fill
your lung, to swirl and dance its way into you life into your present moment.
I take a moment to receive my own words, to
receive the wisdom of this moment. I become acutely aware of my body, of my
breath entering and leaving my body, of the sounds of the seagulls, the cool
air gently touching my ears. The beat of my heart as the excitement of writing
excites my being.
I am not separate to this experience; to
this flow of life I am this flow of life, even the sound of sirens in the
distance sounds like music this morning.

there is so much help and support available
to you as humans. You are in a way at the very centre of everything and so you
have everything available to you.
The power of the heart, love and gratitude
These energies are very powerful for you to
journey with. We invite you to take a journey into the body, the heart space.
Filling your body with love. The breath of
love; the breath of life.
Coming into conscious awareness of your
breath.
Expanding your ability to connect more
deeply with your own being. This is a major part of the spiritual journey. This
is the spiritual body. Too often you look outside of yourselves for the
spiritual experience that you seek. You think that some event or person is
going to give you that which you seek. But the only place that you ever have
that experience is within your own being. So get to know your being, your body,
your mind, your thoughts. The physical body is the place that you were born to
discover your self. You think it is the location, on top of a mountain, in a
church, but truly the only place you ever have a spiritual experience is within
your being, and on this physical plane that place is within your own house
within your body. It is true that your body is your temple. You were born in to
the most perfect house for the experiences you wished to have this time round.
So we say get in your bodies, breathe into
your bodies, feel your breath fill up your physical form. The breath is such an
amazing tool to experience your self with. There are many techniques out in the world to take you into
different states and if you are drawn to follow a certain practice then follow
your intuition, but if not we invite you to begin to trust your own journey
with your own breath. Learn what feels good to you. We do highly recommend
though that you learn to breath deep into the belly. This area of your body is
a powerful ,earth, to sexual energy, life force energy.
Using the breath, to calm your self, to
centre, to stop slow down. To
become aware of your Being.
YOUR self, your very own self, no body
else’s, you are your own self, you belong to no one else, get to know you.
You are an INDIVidUAL
You are a unique being. There is no other
vibration like you in existance anywhere!!!!! How cool is that!
You came here to be you! The way you do thing
is unique, there is no one else that does things the way you do them. You are
an important part of the whole.
Elemental energies.
Talking about the elemental energies. What
would you, this elemental energy have me share with the world.
To listen to the messages that are being
clearly shown, this is on a large scale but are also being communicated to each
and every one of you. Begin a relationship with nature, with life.
take time in nature. You were born onto the
Earth, Earth is a realm of nature. In order to connect to the stream of
consciousness that is life it really helps to connect directly with pure source
energy in flow, which is what nature is.
We wish that the gap between humans and
elemental energies be closed once more. For too long now we have become
separate. This is not true of every human, but we have been forgotten by many.
Who are we? We are the energies of nature,
of the material realm, we are many different energies holding many different
frequencies. We are the living incarnate energies that hold together the fabric
of the material realm. We are the magical weavers and we wish to play with you to
create with you, to enjoy the beauty of this beautiful existence with you. It
is time……………..
