Autumn is here - Embracing change

The light is changing

the berries are abundant

and the warmth of the air mingles with the cool breeze

it is time to embrace change

to receive this present moment just as it is

clinging on to the longing of yesterdays heat can be a painful experience

when there is so much beauty to be received in this present moment

Nature is full

bursting with potential

Illuminating all the goodness available to you

 i just love this time of year

i love embracing the changing of the seasons

breathing in the new air

full of unexplored moments

ripe, full moments of pure potential

i welcome these changes

i welcome change into the very fabric of my life
